What is Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)?
Remote Patient Monitoring gives you and your doctor greater insight into your transition care beyond your hospital admission. With the Remote Patient Monitoring program, you will experience the benefit of taking your vitals at home and having your treatment team monitor your transitional health.

How much does it cost?
Each visit will be the cost sharing (copayment) as directed by your insurance company.
